The project “Justice is a friend of entrepreneur”

On September 9, 2019, the presentation of the project “Justice is a friend of entrepreneur” was held, which is implemented with the assistance of the reception of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan to consider the appeals of entrepreneurs.

This project is being implemented in order to solve problems arising in the activities of entrepreneurs by exploring new ideas and proposals, increasing the financial and legal literacy of entrepreneurs, and further improving the system of providing public services and legislation. Indicators will be developed to assess the level of business development in each region and national ratings will be compiled.

It is also planned to simplify the stages of registration and doing business, taking into account the learned experience of Australia and New Zealand.

In addition, the experience of the Companies House of the Government of the United Kingdom (Companies House) in providing public services to entrepreneurs and the experience of the New Zealand government in supporting business by the government was studied, it will be put into practice.

Processes related to the auctioning of land will be monitored. Local actions will be held to identify cases of coercion of entrepreneurs to illegal charitable activities. As part of the campaigns on social networks, it is planned to conduct polls and study public opinion. Seminars, trainings and master classes will be organized with the invitation of reputable business representatives (motivating speakers).

It is planned to conduct field receptions and meetings in the regions to solve the problems of entrepreneurs. Based on the opinions and suggestions received through the online platform “Jamoatchilik” (www.jamoatchilik.uz), draft decisions of the President will be developed.
