The list of goods to be sold exclusively through exchange trading has been expanding

The decision was made by the President of the country. Amendments shall enter into force as from January 1, 2020.

So, a large part of highly liquid and monopolistic production manufactured by enterprises with a state share of more than 50%, will be exported exclusively through exchange trading on quotas established by the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade.

Also, the following goods will be sold in the domestic market exclusively through exchange trading:

technical oils, animal feed, dish soap, petroleum solvent, petroleum wax and copper sulfate;

sugar produced by local enterprises;

heating oil, heating oil, liquefied gas and petroleum bitumen (with the exception of volumes to be sold under direct agreements to special consumers).
