was issued.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">According to Decree, 2023, each investor in the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade will be assigned &#8220;investment managers&#8221; who will accompany them at all stages until the launch of the project, in particular, they will resolve issues such as land acquisition, connection to infrastructure, issuance of permits.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">According to the decree, will be organized:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Industrial Development Fund under the Recovery and Development Fund;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Center for Analysis of Industry and Foreign Markets, which does not have the status of a legal entity under the Ministry;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Center of the Investor in the system of the Agency for the Promotion of Foreign Investments;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Exporters Center in the system of the Export Promotion Agency.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">By December 1, 2023, the National Industrial Portal of Uzbekistan will be created on the basis of the Electronic Cooperation Portal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The information system &#8220;E-sertifikat&#8221; will be launched, which will allow receiving information about the benefits of the GSP + system, freely choosing testing laboratories (including in the fields of veterinary medicine, plant quarantine, sanitary and epidemiological), as well as issuing electronic test reports.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The monopoly function of the state enterprise &#8220;Center for Bar Coding and Information Technologies&#8221;
