In it, the European Union recalled 11 packages of sanctions against Russia, noting \u201cthe importance of results-oriented dialogue and cooperation in the context of EU sanctions regimes.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cThe EU emphasized the importance of preventing sanctions circumvention, and the participants [of the meeting] agreed to continue to cooperate in this direction,\u201d the document says.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">In early October, the European Parliament <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spot.uz\/ru\/2023\/10\/10\/european-parliament\/\">called<\/a> for Uzbekistan to be checked for sanctions evasion and possible assistance to Russia.
