This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gazeta.uz\/ru\/2023\/10\/27\/cis\/\">was reported<\/a> by the\u00a0correspondent &#8220;Gazeta.uz&#8221;.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/sverenins.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/nRsVmK16984040480419_b.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-16475\" src=\"http:\/\/sverenins.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/nRsVmK16984040480419_b.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"680\" height=\"428\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">In his speech, he, in particular, proposed creating conditions for the unified operation of the energy systems of the CIS countries. He added that for such work it is necessary to take into account the capabilities of each of the commonwealth countries in the generation and consumption of energy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Abdulla Aripov also called the concept for the development of industrial cooperation in the CIS and a set of measures for its development for the period until 2030, adopted in June at the initiative of Uzbekistan, a \u201cbig step\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cAs a further intensification of work in this direction, we propose to develop a set of additional measures to stimulate mutual investments and promote projects\u201d, &#8211; noted the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Abdulla Aripov also recalled the initiative of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to hold a forum of industrial cooperation and innovative developments of the CIS countries in April 2024 in Tashkent as part of the Innoprom industrial week.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cWe also advocate for the synchronization of national import substitution programs. This will help promote joint projects in priority sectors of the economy\u201d, &#8211; added the head of the government of Uzbekistan.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The Prime Minister proposed creating a single CIS e-commerce platform and accelerating the adoption of an agreement on eliminating technical barriers for the Commonwealth countries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Abdulla Aripov also recalled the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gazeta.uz\/ru\/2023\/10\/13\/cis\/\">initiative<\/a> of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev to form a CIS free trade zone and revise the provisions of the relevant agreement without exceptions and restrictions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cWe propose to accelerate the adoption of an agreement on the elimination of technical barriers and mutual recognition of the results of assessing the conformity of objects of technical regulation\u201d, &#8211; added the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Abdulla Aripov spoke in favor of preparing a separate road map with measures and support for partnerships between regions of the CIS countries, including holding the first interregional forum of the Commonwealth countries, intensifying exhibition events and mutual visits of representatives of the business community.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The Prime Minister also focused on the area of cultural and humanitarian cooperation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cAs the part of the upcoming events in Samarkand, declared the cultural capital of the commonwealth, we plan to hold a week of art and cinema of the CIS countries next spring\u201d, &#8211; he said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The Prime Minister also said that Uzbekistan is also preparing a busy program of events in Tashkent, declared the youth capital of the commonwealth in 2024.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov spoke at the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the CIS countries held on October 26 in Bishkek.
