The area of \u200b\u200bthe province is 107 thousand square kilometers, the population is more than 5 million people. The main economic sectors of the region are metallurgy, textile industry, chemistry, oil refining, electrical engineering, automotive industry, pharmaceuticals, food industry, agriculture, tourism, copper mining, lead-zinc ores and building stones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">As a part of the visit, a meeting was held with the Governor of Isfahan, Saidrizo Murtazavi. At the meeting, issues of bringing interregional cooperation to a new level in various fields, including trade and economic, investment and tourism, were discussed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The governor noted that cooperation between Iran and Uzbekistan has reached a new level thanks to the efforts of the leaders of the two countries. However, in his opinion, the volume of mutual trade between countries does not correspond to the existing potential.
