The Embassy of our country in Spain, together with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Valencia and the \u00abACIR\u00bb company, organized a seminar on the development of trade and investment cooperation between Uzbekistan and Valencia, the correspondent of \u00abDunyo\u00bb news agency reports<\/a>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The event was attended by more than 60 companies from Valencia, representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, the Agency for Attracting Foreign Investments, the \u00abUztekstilprom\u00bb Association, as well as business entities from Samarkand, Khorezm and Fergana regions.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the seminar, information was presented on the economic reforms being carried out in Uzbekistan, the current state and prospects of Uzbek-Spanish trade, economic and investment cooperation, and a catalog of export products produced in our country was distributed.<\/span><\/p>\n

President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Valencia Jos\u00e9 Vicente Morata noted that Spanish companies are considering the possibility of investing in various sectors of the economy of Uzbekistan, including energy, agriculture, automotive, manufacturing, electrical engineering, pharmaceuticals, water management, light industry and tourism.<\/span><\/p>\n

The heads of the companies \u00abACIR\u00bb, \u00abProbild Generation\u00bb and \u00abPorcelanosa\u00bb presented information on ongoing and planned projects in Uzbekistan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Representatives of Uzbekistan and Valencia expressed their readiness to further develop cooperation and expand mutually beneficial partnerships.<\/span><\/p>\n

The seminar was an important step in strengthening economic ties between Uzbekistan and Valencia and created a fruitful platform for the future development of cooperation in various fields.<\/span><\/p>\n

Honorary Consul of Uzbekistan in Valencia Jose Maria Chiquio<\/strong> noted in an interview with \u00abDunyo\u00bb news agency:<\/span><\/p>\n

– Today, on behalf of the Honorary Consulate of Uzbekistan in Valencia, we would like to express satisfaction with the results of the successful seminar held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Valencia and the presentation held by the Embassy of Uzbekistan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our goal is to develop economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Valencia, strengthening fruitful relations between our countries based on friendship and mutual understanding.<\/span><\/p>\n

I believe that these efforts will contribute to the further expansion of mutual cooperation between Spain and Uzbekistan and will help the economic and social development of the two states.<\/span><\/p>\n

The seminar was interactive, and I think that this meeting will soon produce results, the number of joint ventures will increase, which will contribute to the expansion of mutual trade and economic ties.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Embassy provided the conference participants with sufficient information about the economic potential of Uzbekistan, the investment climate, and promising areas of cooperation.<\/span><\/p>\n

With the involvement of our Spanish partners, we agreed to develop new projects in the field of electrical engineering, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, biostimulants and vaccines, and the production of drip irrigation systems in Uzbekistan.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
