ON MEASURES TO IMPLEMENT THE STRATEGY OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN FOR 2024-2025<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

In order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On organizational measures for implementation of the Strategy of innovative development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for <\/span>\u2116 <\/span>D<\/span>U-307 2022-2026″<\/span> dated July 6, 2022. On<\/span> measures for implementation of the Strategy of innovative development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2022-2026, the Cabinet of Ministers makes decisions:<\/span><\/p>\n

1.<\/span>Based on the achieved results and target indicators in paragraph 2 of Presi<\/span>dential Decree <\/span>\u2116<\/span>. D<\/span>U-307 of July 6, 2022 in the Strategy for Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2022-2026 and take note of the main directions of innovative development of the economy for the relevant period, which are set as a \u201cRoad Map\u201d for two years for further implementation of this Strategy.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
2.<\/span>To approve below listed as \u201cRoad Map\u201d (hereinafter – \u201cRoad Map\u201d) for realization of the Strategy of innovative development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2024-2025 in accordance with the Annex:<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Support of startup-initiative and organization of large-scale production through the formation of a network of subjects of innovation infrastructure;<\/span><\/p>\n
To increase the share of innovative active organizations by improving institutional mechanisms of state support for innovation activity<\/span>;<\/span><\/p>\n
To ensure advanced socio-economic development of regions by increasing the innovation activity of small businesses;<\/span><\/p>\n
Stimulating demand for innovations by providing a comprehensive system of creating new types of products and innovative technologies from the idea to the final consumer;<\/span><\/p>\n
Formation of a system of reorientation of created capital to \u201cfundamentally renewing\u201d innovations;<\/span><\/p>\n
Further development of human capital in the management of innovation activity through the development of creativity, innovative entrepreneurship and rationalization skills at all stages of education.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.<\/span>It <\/span>should be noted<\/span> that the heads of ministries and departments are personally responsible for ensuring the implementation of the tasks specified in the \u201cRoadmap\u201d. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
At the end of each quarter, ministries and departments should submit information on the implementation of the tasks defined in the \u201cRoadmap\u201d to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.<\/span><\/p>\n
