On accession to an international treaty<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In accordance with Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan \u201cOn International Treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan\u201d:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Join the Framework Agreement on Facilitation of Cross-border Paperless Trade in Asia and the Pacific, adopted on 19 May 2016 in Bangkok by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. To designate the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade as the competent authority responsible for the implementation of this international agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall send the depository a corresponding notification on the accession of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the said international treaty and on the competent authority responsible for its implementation.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. The Cabinet of Ministers and the heads of the relevant ministries and departments, after the entry into force of this international treaty, shall ensure, in the established manner, control over the implementation of its provisions.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Control over the implementation of this resolution <\/span>shall be assigned<\/span> to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A.N. <\/span>Aripov<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
