Zulkifli Baharudin noted that the government and business circles of Singapore\u00a0keep a close watch on the large-scale reforms in Uzbekistan, which contribute to improving the well-being of the country’s population, strengthening the national economy and increasing its international authority.\u00a0In this regard, the Singapore side is confidently looking at the prospects for developing cooperation with Uzbekistan.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was emphasized that the mutual visits of the Presidents of Uzbekistan and Singapore in 2023 became a powerful catalyst for the intensification of bilateral cooperation.<\/span><\/p>\n

The issues of implementing the agreements reached at the highest level were discussed. The parties expressed interest in further expanding the political dialogue, intensifying interaction between business circles, exchanging experience in the field of education, training and retraining of mid-level managers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Particular attention was paid to\u00a0boosting partnerships in trade and investment spheres, accelerating the launch of joint investment projects in agriculture, textile, food industry, stock markets and others.<\/span><\/p>\n

An exchange of views also took place on deepening cultural and humanitarian ties, including the resumption of air traffic between the two countries, increasing tourist trips, and\u00a0building up cooperation in the field of healthcare.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
