{"id":15410,"date":"2025-12-10T12:26:26","date_gmt":"2025-12-10T07:26:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/?p=15410"},"modified":"2025-12-10T12:26:26","modified_gmt":"2025-12-10T07:26:26","slug":"predprinimatelskie-proekty-zhenshhin-poluchat-finansovuyu-podderzhku","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/en\/novosti-uzbekistana\/predprinimatelskie-proekty-zhenshhin-poluchat-finansovuyu-podderzhku\/","title":{"rendered":"Women&#8217;s entrepreneurial projects will receive financial support"},"content":{"rendered":"<strong>The Presidential Decree \u2018\u2018On Additional Measures to Support Women\u2019\u2019 (No. UP-240 dated December 3, 2025) was adopted, the press service of the Ministry of Justice <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/pravoinf\/9494\">reports<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/pravoinf\/9495\">report<\/a> of the Ministry, pursuant to the Decree, the following additional instruments aimed at providing financial support for women&#8217;s entrepreneurial projects will be introduced beginning January 1, 2026, as part of the HAMROH Women&#8217;s Entrepreneurship Support Program (Program):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Commercial banks will provide loans of up to 25 BCVs, at a rate 10 percentage points above the Central Bank\u2019s base rate, to small and medium-sized businesses whose founders constitute 50 percent or more and\/or whose managers are women, for projects that create at least 10 jobs;<\/li>\n<li>The National Business Guarantee Company JSC will provide a guarantee (surety) for up to 70 percent of commercial bank loans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>As part of the Program:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Reconstruction and Development Fund allocates funds stipulated in the Decree to JSC \u2018\u2018Company for Entrepreneurship Development\u2019\u2019 for a period of 7 years, including a three-year grace period, at the Central Bank\u2019s prime rate;<\/li>\n<li>To finance loans, the Company places funds in commercial banks for a period not exceeding 7 years, including a three-year grace period, at a rate 4 percentage points above the Central Bank\u2019s prime rate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Presidential Decree \u2018\u2018On Additional Measures to Support Women\u2019\u2019 (No. UP-240 dated December 3, 2025) was adopted, the press service of the Ministry of Justice reports.
