Participants discussed international investment agreements, national legislation, and investment contracts, with a particular focus on institutional coherence and finding the right balance between investor protection and the interests of the state.<\/p>\n<p>The practical sessions addressed mechanisms for investor servicing, investment guarantees, dispute resolution, cooperation within PPP frameworks, as well as the alignment of investment policy with land, environmental, labor, and social regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the outcomes of the seminar, key directions were identified for the further development of the National Investment Code and for strengthening interagency coordination.
