In addition to the Khokimiyat, this building houses five other organizations providing over 30 types of government services to the public and businesses.<\/p>\n<p>In particular, the online application system for the Ministry of Internal Affairs offers significant convenience for citizens. When submitting an application through the system, the duty inspector contacts the applicant via video link. The application is automatically registered, and following its review, the applicant can evaluate the inspector&#8217;s performance, actions, and communication skills.<\/p>\n<p>The head of state instructed that the practice of installing such smart devices be expanded in crowded areas, markets, and other locations.<\/p>\n<p>A situation center has been established in the Khokimiyat. The &#8220;Smart District&#8221; platform has been launched, allowing for data analysis, prompt identification, and problem-solving using artificial intelligence. The integration of 17 information systems in the situation center takes public relations to a whole new level.<\/p>\n<p>It monitors social and municipal issues, oversees the fulfillment of citizen requests, and ensures operational management and coordination of the relevant services in emergency situations.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the launch of the situation center, a videoconferencing system was established with 46 mahallas in the district and integrated with the center. Twenty-five schools in the district are also gradually being connected to the system.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Safe District&#8221; system, part of the platform, is designed to monitor offenses and ensure public safety.<\/p>\n<p>A digital map of business entities is used to forecast tax revenues and improve collection efficiency based on AI-powered analytics. The &#8220;AI Davomat&#8221; system plays a key role in identifying unexcused absences from school and preventing child neglect.<\/p>\n<p>The President of our country inspected the work of the situation center and ordered the implementation of this new system in all other districts of the capital.
