{"id":17176,"date":"2026-08-19T15:53:08","date_gmt":"2026-08-19T10:53:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/?p=17176"},"modified":"2026-08-19T14:51:04","modified_gmt":"2026-08-19T09:51:04","slug":"sozdaetsya-vozmozhnost-zanimatsya-predprinimatelstvom-v-techenie-3-mesyatsev-bez-polucheniya-litsenzii","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/en\/novosti-uzbekistana\/sozdaetsya-vozmozhnost-zanimatsya-predprinimatelstvom-v-techenie-3-mesyatsev-bez-polucheniya-litsenzii\/","title":{"rendered":"Entrepreneurs will be allowed to operate for three months without obtaining a license"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer\" data-start=\"13\" data-end=\"183\"><strong>The Law No. LRU-1164 dated August 13, 2026 introduces amendments and additions to certain legislative acts, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/pravoinf\/10310\">report<\/a> of the press service of the Ministry of Justice.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"185\" data-end=\"304\">Under the amendments introduced by the Law, it is established that classified documents shall be retained for 30 years.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"306\" data-end=\"388\">Retention periods for personnel records have also been established. In particular:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"390\" data-end=\"636\">\n<li data-section-id=\"k3tymp\" data-start=\"390\" data-end=\"529\">personnel records for which record-keeping was completed before January 1, 2019, shall be retained in departmental archives for 75 years;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"u24tmh\" data-start=\"530\" data-end=\"636\">personnel records created from January 1, 2019, shall be retained in departmental archives for 50 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"638\" data-end=\"803\">In addition, the Law establishes specific procedures for obtaining a license or permit document under the special \u201cEntry into Business without a License\u201d regime.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"805\" data-end=\"1068\">Under this regime, an applicant may carry out activities without obtaining a license or permit document, provided that the authorized body is notified free of charge through a special electronic system or the Unified Portal of Interactive Public Services.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1070\" data-end=\"1254\">The regime is valid for three months. During this period, the applicant shall not be held liable for carrying out the relevant activity <em data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"1216\">(action)<\/em> without a license or permit document.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1256\" data-end=\"1370\">During the validity period of the special \u201cEntry into Business without a License\u201d regime, the applicant shall:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1372\" data-end=\"1633\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1q4wfwp\" data-start=\"1372\" data-end=\"1496\">take measures to bring its activities into compliance with the applicable licensing or permit requirements and conditions;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1xvxc7\" data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1633\">obtain the relevant license or permit document in accordance with the established procedure or cease the relevant activity <em data-start=\"1622\" data-end=\"1632\">(action)<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Law No. LRU-1164 dated August 13, 2026 introduces amendments and additions to certain legislative acts, according to the report of the press service of the Ministry of Justice.
