In this regard, Uzbekistan\u2019s relatively affordable energy resources, industrial zone infrastructure, as well as incentives and preferences available to investors were identified as important factors for the implementation of the project.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"2718\" data-end=\"2938\">In addition, \u201cPak Steel\u201d expressed its readiness to cooperate in the construction of infrastructure facilities, real estate projects, hotels, residential complexes, overpasses, underground pedestrian crossings, and dams.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"2940\" data-end=\"3182\">Following the negotiations, the sides agreed to hold videoconferences with relevant ministries and agencies of Uzbekistan, develop a roadmap for further cooperation, and subsequently organize a visit by the company\u2019s management to Uzbekistan.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\" data-start=\"3184\" data-end=\"3437\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">\u201cPak Steel\u201d operates in the steel manufacturing sector and was established in 1949.
