The delegations were headed by Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade Shokhrukh Gulamov and Virginie Bleitrach, Deputy Director of AFD\u2019s Eastern Europe, Middle East and Asia Department.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/photo_2026-09-29_16-27-45.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-17470\" src=\"http:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/photo_2026-09-29_16-27-45.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" srcset=\"https:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/photo_2026-09-29_16-27-45.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/photo_2026-09-29_16-27-45-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/photo_2026-09-29_16-27-45-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/photo_2026-09-29_16-27-45-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/photo_2026-09-29_16-27-45-254x169.jpg 254w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The parties reviewed the implementation of the current portfolio of 13 projects worth EUR 1.29 billion and the preparation of nine new initiatives totaling EUR 604.2 million. Disbursements have reached around EUR 1 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Priorities for 2027\u20132030 include the energy transition and decarbonization, water supply, agriculture, sustainable urban development, private-sector support, and public financial management.<\/p>\n<p>An indicative portfolio of 11 projects with a total estimated value of EUR 1.125 billion was presented. It covers energy, transport, irrigation, urban infrastructure and the green economy, including the rehabilitation of the Tashkent\u2013Samarkand railway line and the development of public transport in the capital.<\/p>\n<p>The agreements reached were reflected in the protocol and placed under joint monitoring.
