Spanning a total area of \u200b\u200b285 hectares, the projects represent an investment of $4.5 billion and are designed to accommodate 115,000 residents.<\/p>\n<p>Construction of new residential areas has already begun\u2014covering 65 hectares in the Bukhara district and 25 hectares within the city of Bukhara. These developments will include multi-story residential buildings for 30,000 people, as well as hotels, business centers, retail facilities, and various service and leisure amenities.<\/p>\n<p>The project in the Uchtepa district focuses on creating a modern urban environment, while the project in Samarkand centers on developing infrastructure around an existing tourism complex. The Vietnamese investor has also proposed the creation of an industrial zone in the Zaamin district of the Jizzakh region.<\/p>\n<p>The President approved the presented concepts and emphasized the importance of incorporating advanced urban planning solutions.
