{"id":4773,"date":"2019-08-08T13:58:50","date_gmt":"2019-08-08T08:58:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/?p=4773"},"modified":"2019-08-09T17:09:46","modified_gmt":"2019-08-09T12:09:46","slug":"svobodnaya-ekonomicheskaya-zona-dzhizak-rasshiryaet-svoi-granitsy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/en\/novosti-uzbekistana\/svobodnaya-ekonomicheskaya-zona-dzhizak-rasshiryaet-svoi-granitsy\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cJizzakh\u201d Free Economic Zone expands its borders"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>On 1 August, 2019, The Cabinet of Ministers\u00a0of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted a resolution \u201cOn measures to support the development of entrepreneurship and the expansion of industrial production in the Jizzakh region\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">According to the document, the territory of the \u201cJizzakh\u201d free economic zone will expand due to land plots with a total area of 182.1 hectares located in four districts of Jizzakh region.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition, on the basis of unused production facilities and state-owned facilities, new regional small industrial zones are created (hereinafter &#8211; SIZ): Bakhmal (13 ha), Gallyaral (5.2 ha), Dustlik (2 ha), Zaamin (4 ha), Zarbdor (4.8 ha), Zafarabad (3 ha), Mirzachul (5.27 ha) and Yangiabad (1 ha).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">State-owned real estate on the territory of the SIZ of the Jizzakh region is transferred to business entities on long-term lease for 5 years at the minimum rental rates, based on the type of activity carried out there, without increasing ratios.
