{"id":6020,"date":"2020-03-20T22:09:57","date_gmt":"2020-03-20T17:09:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/?p=6020"},"modified":"2020-03-20T22:09:57","modified_gmt":"2020-03-20T17:09:57","slug":"prinyaty-antikrizisnye-mery-uzbekistana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/en\/bez-rubriki\/prinyaty-antikrizisnye-mery-uzbekistana\/","title":{"rendered":"Uzbekistan adopted anti-crisis measures"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree \u201cOn priority measures to mitigate the negative impact of the coronavirus pandemic and global crisis on the national economy\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">In accordance with the Decree, the Anti-Crisis Fund in the amount of 10 trillion sum was created under the Ministry of Finance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>F<\/strong><strong>rom April 1 to October 1, 2020:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">for individual entrepreneurs, the minimum amount of social tax is reduced to 50 percent of monthly income tax;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">the amount of deductions for wholesalers of alcoholic beverages is reduced from 5 to 3 percent;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">fees for the right to retail alcohol products for catering enterprises are reduced by 25 percent of the established amounts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Until October 1, 2020:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">the application of penalties to business entities for overdue receivables from foreign trade operations is suspended;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">tax authorities suspend interest on property tax, land tax and tax on the use of water resources to business entities experiencing temporary difficulties, and also do not take measures to enforce collection of tax arrears.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Also, until January 1, 2021, the tax audit of the activities of business entities is suspended, with the exception of a tax audit conducted in criminal cases and in connection with the liquidation of a legal entity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>B<\/strong><strong>usiness entities are allowed to:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">export of goods without guarantee payment with existing overdue receivables not exceeding 10 percent of total export of goods for the reporting year;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">during 2020, one-time operations on the import of technological equipment and raw materials in exchange for repayment of overdue receivables from foreign trade operations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>President Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a decree \u201cOn priority measures to mitigate the negative impact of the coronavirus pandemic and global crisis on the national economy\u201d.
