{"id":6141,"date":"2020-05-23T13:48:07","date_gmt":"2020-05-23T08:48:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/?p=6141"},"modified":"2020-05-23T13:48:07","modified_gmt":"2020-05-23T08:48:07","slug":"stroitelnaya-tehnika-osvobozhdena-ot-uplaty-tamozhennyh-sborov","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/en\/novosti-uzbekistana\/stroitelnaya-tehnika-osvobozhdena-ot-uplaty-tamozhennyh-sborov\/","title":{"rendered":"Construction equipment exempted from customs duties"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The President\u2019s decision \u00abOn measures to accelerate the construction of multi-storey houses in the regions\u00bb was adopted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">According to the Decree, the following are exempt from customs payments:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">for the period until 1 January 2021, imported new construction and special equipment, as well as means of transport of goods (27 types);<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">during the period from 1 July 2020 to 1 July 2023, imported concrete casting moulds, machines and mechanisms for the preparation of concrete for the construction of multi-storey monolithic housing units according to a list formed in the prescribed manner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Customs payers for the period from 1 July 2020 to 1 July 2023 are entitled to a delay of up to 120 days or to instalments of customs payments (excluding value added tax and customs clearance fees) for imported machines and mechanisms used in the construction industry , technological equipment, means of small-scale mechanization, devices, spare parts and accessories.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The President\u2019s decision \u00abOn measures to accelerate the construction of multi-storey houses in the regions\u00bb was adopted.
