The Coordinator of the Project on Promotion and Development of Investments “Invest in Uzbekistan” and Managing Partner of “S. Verenin’s Legal Group” Law Firm –<\/strong> Sergei Verenin <\/strong>had a business visit to the Republic of Poland, organized with the assistance and participation of the Head of the Tashkent Bureau of the Polish Investment & Trade Agency Przemyslaw <\/strong>Ozierski<\/strong>. The main purpose of this trip was to discuss a cooperation between Uzbek enterprises and leading Poland manufacturing enterprises.<\/span><\/p>\n

Polish Investment & Trade Agency<\/strong> supports both the overseas expansion of Polish business and foreign direct investment flows to Poland. Supporting entrepreneurs, the Agency assists in overcoming administrative and legal procedures,\u00a0 related to specific projects as well as helps to develop legal solutions, find a suitable location, reliable partners and suppliers in foreign countries.<\/span><\/p>\n

On December 15, 2020, a meeting was held with the management of Venlo, a huge innovative company specializing in the construction and organization of modern Dutch-type greenhouses. Coordinator of the “Invest in Uzbekistan” project, Mr. Verenin S.I., with the participation of Mr. Ozierski Przemyslaw, held negotiations with the owner of the company – Zbigniew Wegrzyn, director – Tomasz Poprawa, an expert in the construction of greenhouses – Kulai Vasily.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note: VENLO Greenhouses is a company that specializes in the construction of commercial greenhouses for vegetables and flowers. Company’s work experience is over 15 years. They have implemented over 150 projects in different European countries.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

During the negotiations, the parties discussed the specifics of creating greenhouses in the climatic conditions of Uzbekistan, the issues of allocating land for technological projects and other aspects of doing business in Uzbekistan.
