﻿{"id":6888,"date":"2021-06-12T23:55:45","date_gmt":"2021-06-12T18:55:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/?p=6888"},"modified":"2021-06-12T23:55:45","modified_gmt":"2021-06-12T18:55:45","slug":"zemelnye-uchastki-budut-peredavatsya-v-sobstvennost","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/en\/novosti-uzbekistana\/zemelnye-uchastki-budut-peredavatsya-v-sobstvennost\/","title":{"rendered":"Land plots will be transferred to ownership"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The Presidential Decree \u201cOn measures to ensure equality and transparency in land relations, reliable protection of land rights and their transformation into a market asset\u201d was adopted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">According to the Decree, from August 1, 2021:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">land plots are allocated to the private sector &#8211; on the basis of the right of ownership and lease, to state bodies, institutions, enterprises, citizens&#8217; self-government &#8211; on the basis of the right of permanent use;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">the procedure for the allocation of land plots on the basis of the right to life-long inheritable possession, permanent possession, temporary use is canceled, while these rights to previously allocated land plots are retained by their owners in accordance with the current procedure;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">in case of transfer of ownership of a real estate object built on a leased land plot to another person, the right to lease the land plot also passes to the new owner;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">agricultural land is allocated only on the basis of a lease right based on the results of open electronic tenders;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">non-agricultural land is sold through electronic online auctions based on ownership and lease rights;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">state organizations are allocated land plots for state and public needs by the decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokims of regions and the city of Tashkent with the right of permanent use;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">in all cases, land plots are allocated exclusively from free and acquired lands in the reserve, the withdrawal of land plots, their transfer to reserve lands, their allocation to other persons in one document or at the same time are considered a violation of the procedure for the allocation of land and are grounds for prosecution in accordance with the law;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">when implementing public-private partnership projects and projects aimed at achieving socially significant goals, land plots are allocated to a state body with the right of permanent use;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">the land plot on which the apartment building is located, as well as the land plot adjacent to it, if it does not belong to the owners on the basis of other rights, is allocated to them for general use by the decision of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokims of the regions and the city of Tashkent on the basis of the right of permanent use.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Presidential Decree \u201cOn measures to ensure equality and transparency in land relations, reliable protection of land rights and their transformation into a market asset\u201d was adopted.
