Until February 1, 2023, the share in the authorized capital of the State Unitary Enterprise will be transferred to Issiklik Elektr Stationary JSC at the book value in order to increase the state&#8217;s share in the authorized capital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The company will be considered the legal successor of &#8220;Toshkent Issiklik Markazi&#8221; and will ensure the timely transfer of high-quality thermal energy for the needs of the population and economic networks of the city.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Comprehensive measures for the phased reconstruction of boiler houses based on PPP, including the attraction of foreign investment, should be developed before March 1.
