before August 1, a preliminary list of the investment program is formed;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Stage II &#8211; by August 10, the generated lists are submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Stage III &#8211; until August 25, the structural divisions of the Cabinet of Ministers will agree on the draft investment program;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Stage IV &#8211; until October 25, ministries and departments, local government bodies develop and agree on design and estimate documents;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Stage V &#8211;
