On February 28 of this year, a meeting was held with the participation of Minister of Economy and Finance Sherzod Kudbiev and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Switzerland to Uzbekistan Konstantin Obolensky. It was reported<\/a> by the\u00a0Information Service of the\u00a0Ministry of Economy and Finance.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The meeting was attended by Counsellor of the Swiss Embassy Gebel Bosch Rachel and Director of the Department for Cooperation with Foreign States and International Organizations, Work with International Ratings of the Ministry of Economy and Finance Ajiniyaz Kaypnazarov.<\/span><\/p>\n

During the meeting, special attention was paid to the development of bilateral mutually beneficial relations between Uzbekistan and Switzerland, and the guests were informed about the Development Strategy of the New Uzbekistan for 2022-2026, based on the principle of \u201cIn the name of human honor and dignity\u201d, in which, such important tasks as the transformation of economic sectors and the accelerated development of entrepreneurship, ensuring macroeconomic stability, the introduction of \u201cGreen Economy\u201d technologies and improving the energy efficiency of the economy have been identified.<\/span><\/p>\n

The sides exchanged views on the attention paid by the head of state to further improving the conditions for increasing domestic and foreign private investment in the economy, as well as on the consistently taken measures to strengthen the economy in our country.<\/span><\/p>\n

In turn, the guests highly appreciated the reforms implemented in the field of achieving inclusive and sustainable economic growth, rational use of water resources, climate change and public administration in our Republic.<\/span><\/p>\n

Following the meeting, the parties agreed on the further development of mutually beneficial cooperation.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
