This includes a number of state institutions, enterprises with state participation and their subsidiaries, as well as real estate.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The document is <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/uzauz\/4397\">accompanied<\/a> by a list of 1,001 state assets that are planned to be sold in their entirety through public auction. We are talking about subsidiaries and shares in firms of 39 large state-owned companies, 8 banks, 20 ministries, as well as other government agencies and local authorities.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Among other things, the following are determined for sale:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">50 assets of Uzavtosanoat, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spot.uz\/ru\/2019\/08\/16\/auto\/\">dealer centers<\/a> (which <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spot.uz\/ru\/2018\/11\/26\/avtosanoat\/\">began<\/a> to be privatized back in 2018);<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">shares of Uzbekistan Temir Yollari in UzXCMG, Uztemiryulconteiner, Kuprikkurilish trust;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">14 oil depots of Uzbekneftegaz, UNG Petro gas stations and a share in a joint venture with Tatneft;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">8 stakes in Uzkimyosanoat, including Ammofos Maxam and Maxam-Chirchiq;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Uztelecom&#8217;s shares in Internet providers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spot.uz\/ru\/2023\/03\/29\/uzbektelekom-beeline\/\">Buzton<\/a> and East Telecom (minority), as well as in the fiber optic cable plant GOC-UZ;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">25% in the Uzbek-American joint venture Uzcasemash;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">20% in JV LG CNS Uzbekistan;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">foreign trade state company Uztrade;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">venture fund UzVC;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">state shares in the hotel &#8220;Uzbekistan&#8221; (80.1%), JSC &#8220;Photon&#8221; (85.6%), etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The Competition Development Committee was instructed to make an inventory of the exclusive rights granted to enterprises from the list. In the future, the department will make proposals for their abolition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">In addition, 1046 real estate objects owned by the state and companies with state shares <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/uzauz\/4400\">will be put up for auction<\/a>. Most of the property is supposed to be sold in Tashkent &#8211; 150 objects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The document also identifies 40 state-owned enterprises whose shares will be put up for a &#8220;people&#8217;s IPO&#8221;.
