This <a href=\"https:\/\/president.uz\/ru\/lists\/view\/6432\">was reported<\/a> by the press service of the head of our state.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/sverenins.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/38292112-525a-38b7-1d67-6e7ae12fb205_lists_slider_.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15714\" src=\"http:\/\/sverenins.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/38292112-525a-38b7-1d67-6e7ae12fb205_lists_slider_.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"853\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The head of our state thanked the President of Iran for the invitation to visit Iran and the warm hospitality of the delegation of Uzbekistan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The prospects for the development of bilateral practical cooperation and topical issues on the regional agenda were considered. It was noted that the parties attach great importance to the further expansion of trade, economic and investment cooperation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The presidents discussed opportunities for increasing the volume of mutual trade, coordinating cooperation in the field of transport and logistics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Particular attention was paid to the use of the shortest transport and logistics corridors connecting Central Asia with Iran.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Measures were discussed to implement joint investment projects in the fields of energy, chemical industry, pharmaceuticals and medical technology, food industry, textiles, industrial building materials, mechanical engineering, instrumentation and electrical engineering.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">In the field of agriculture, areas of cooperation have been identified for the construction of greenhouses, the production of agricultural equipment, the introduction of water-saving technologies, the exchange of experience in horticulture and fish farming, and the selection of drought-resistant crops.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">The parties expressed their commitment to the development of cultural, scientific and innovative exchanges.
