It was conducted by the Chairman of the Senate Tanzila Narbayeva. This <a href=\"https:\/\/senat.uz\/ru\/council-meetings\/post-893\">was reported<\/a> by the press service of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/sverenins.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pgrqcd9xYy4yEXcfGOnp42QoZa41Se.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-15732\" src=\"http:\/\/sverenins.uz\/wp-content\/uploads\/Pgrqcd9xYy4yEXcfGOnp42QoZa41Se.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2048\" height=\"1365\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">At the meeting, a resolution was adopted to convene the forty-second plenary session of the Senate on June 22, 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">It was noted that at the plenary session, which will be held in the form of videoconferencing, it is planned to discuss a number of laws.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Among them are \u201cOn anti-corruption expertise of regulatory legal acts and their drafts\u201d, \u201cOn introducing amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan \u201cOn state duty\u201d, \u201cOn introducing amendments and additions to the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on administrative responsibility in connection with improving the procedure for determining the size of the administrative fine imposed for non-execution of executive documents\u201d and \u201cOn amendments and additions to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan \u201cOn the prevention and treatment of narcological diseases\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Laws \u201cOn amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with further improvement of the activities of the Accounts Chamber of the Republic of Uzbekistan\u201d, \u201cOn amendments to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan \u201cOn the radio frequency spectrum\u201d, \u201cOn ratification of the Treaty between the Republic of Uzbekistan and Republic of Kazakhstan on the demarcation of the Uzbek-Kazakh State border (Tashkent, December 22, 2022)&#8221; and &#8220;On the ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on cooperation in the military-technical field (Islamabad, March 3, 2022)&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">In addition, at the plenary session it is planned to consider the results of the parliamentary inquiry sent to the Cultural Heritage Agency on measures to store museum objects and collections and ensure their safety.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On June 20 of this year, a regular meeting of the Kengash of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis was held.
