Asosiy tushunchalar<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; text-indent: 28.35pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ushbu Qonunda quyidagi asosiy tushunchalar qo\u2018llaniladi:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; text-indent: 28.35pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">davlat<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> organining yoki boshqa tashkilotning xodimi<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> \u2014 davlat organlarida yoki boshqa tashkilotlarda mehnat shartnomasi (kontrakt) asosida yoxud saylab qo\u2018yiladigan yoki tayinlanadigan lavozimlarda mehnat (xizmat) faoliyatini amalga oshirayotgan boshqaruv xodimi;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; text-indent: 28.35pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">manfaatlar to\u2018qnashuvi <\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u2014 shaxsning shaxsiy (bevosita yoki bilvosita) manfaatdorligi uning o\u2018z lavozim yoki xizmat majburiyatlarini lozim darajada bajarishiga ta\u2019sir ko\u2018rsatayotgan <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">yoxud ta\u2019sir ko\u2018rsatishi mumkin bo\u2018lgan hamda shaxsiy manfaatdorlik bilan fuqarolarning, tashkilotlarning, jamiyatning yoki davlatning huquqlari, qonuniy manfaatlari o\u2018rtasida qarama-qarshilik yuzaga kelayotgan (mavjud manfaatlar to\u2018qnashuvi) yoki yuzaga kelishi mumkin bo\u2018lgan (ehtimoliy manfaatlar to\u2018qnashuvi) vaziyat;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; text-indent: 28.35pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">manfaatlar<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> to\u2018qnashuvini tartibga solish bo\u2018yicha maxsus bo\u2018linma (bundan buyon matnda maxsus bo\u2018linma deb yuritiladi)<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> \u2014 davlat organlarining yoki boshqa tashkilotlarning korrupsiyaga qarshi ichki nazorat bo\u2018linmalari (va) yoki kadrlar bo\u2018linmalari;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; text-indent: 28.35pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">shaxsiy<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> manfaatdorlik<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> \u2014 davlat organining yoki boshqa tashkilotning xodimi yoxud u bilan aloqador shaxslar ushbu xodim tomonidan bevosita yoki bilvosita qaror qabul qilinishi yoki xodimning ushbu jarayonda boshqacha tarzda ishtirok etishi natijasida olishi mumkin bo\u2018lgan har qanday naf yoki afzallik;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; text-indent: 28.35pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">yaqin<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> qarindoshlar<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> \u2014 ota-onalar, aka-ukalar, opa-singillar, o\u2018g\u2018illar, qizlar, er-xotinlar, shuningdek er-xotinlarning ota-onalari, aka-ukalari, opa-singillari va farzandlari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; text-indent: 28.35pt;\"><span style=\"color: #2f5496; font-size: 12pt;\">4-modda. margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; text-indent: 28.35pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">lavozim<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> majburiyatlarini yoki xizmat vakolatlarini bajarish chog\u2018ida manfaatlar to\u2018qnashuviga olib keladigan yoki olib kelishi mumkin bo\u2018lgan shaxsiy manfaatdorlikka yo\u2018l qo\u2018ymasligi;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; text-indent: 28.35pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">mavjud<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> manfaatlar to\u2018qnashuvi yuzaga kelgan taqdirda, o\u2018z ish yurituvidagi hujjatlar bo\u2018yicha qaror qabul qilinguniga qadar o\u2018zining bevosita rahbarini (tashkilot rahbari \u2014 yuqori turuvchi rahbarni) yoki maxsus bo\u2018linmani xabardor qilishi;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;
