Bunda qishloq xo\u2018jaligi <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">maqsadlarida foydalanish uchun erni, boshqa tabiiy resurslarni ijaraga olish uzoq muddatga \u2014 kamida 5 yilga mo\u2018ljallangan <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">bo\u2018lishi<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> kerak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; margin-left: 7.1pt; text-indent: 21.25pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ijara shartnomasi tanlov asosida tuzilishi mumkin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; margin-left: 7.1pt; text-indent: 21.25pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">ijaraga<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> oluvchi ijaraga beruvchiga taqdim etadigan axborotning ko\u2018lami va axborotni berish muddatlari;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; margin-left: 7.1pt; text-indent: 21.25pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ijara shartnomasida ijaraga beruvchining noishlab chiqarish sohasiga taalluqli mol-mulk obyektlari <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">va<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> ularning qiymati alohida ajratib ko\u2018rsatiladi, tomonlarning ushbu obyektlarga nisbatan majburiyatlari (ularni asrash va saqlab turish) ham aytib o\u2018tiladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; margin-left: 7.1pt; text-indent: 21.25pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ijara shartnomasiga boshqa shartlar ham kiritilishi mumkin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; Ijaraga olingan mulkning qiymati<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; margin-left: 7.1pt; text-indent: 21.25pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ijaraga berilayotgan davlat mulkining qiymati \u2014 O\u2018zbekiston Respublikasining qonunchiligiga muvofiq belgilanadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; margin-left: 7.1pt; text-indent: 21.25pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ijaraga berilayotgan davlatga qarashli <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">bo\u2018lmagan<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> mulkning qiymatini mulkdor belgilaydi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; margin-left: 7.1pt; text-indent: 21.25pt;\"><span style=\"color: #2f5496; font-size: 12pt;\">7-modda. Mol-mulkni ijarachiga berish<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; margin-left: 7.1pt; text-indent: 21.25pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ijaraga beruvchi ijarachiga mol-mulkni u qaysi maqsadga mo\u2018ljallagan <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">bo\u2018lsa<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">, shunga mos holatda yoki shartnomada ko\u2018zda tutilgan holatda topshirishi shart.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; margin-left: 7.1pt; text-indent: 21.25pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Ijaraga beruvchi ijaraga topshirilgan mulkdan foydalanishga xalaqit berayotgan undagi nuqsonlar uchun, shu jumladan shartnoma tuzish <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">chog\u2018ida<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"> aniqlanmagan nuqsonlar uchun ham javobgardir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; margin-left: 7.1pt; text-indent: 21.25pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Agar ijaraga beruvchi ijaraga berilgan mulkni ijarachiga foydalanish uchun o\u2018z vaqtida bermagan <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">bo\u2018lsa<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">, ijarachi undan bu mulkni talab qilib olish xamda ijroni kechiktirib yuborganligi oqibatida yetkazilgan zarar o\u2018rnini qoplashni talab qilishga yoxud shartnomadan voz kechib, shartnomani bajarmaganlik oqibatida o\u2018ziga yetkazilgan zararni undirib olishga haqli.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-top: 0pt; padding-top: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt; padding-bottom: 0; line-height: 1.3; margin-left: 7.1pt; text-indent: 21.25pt;\"><span style=\"color: #2f5496; font-size: 12pt;\">8-modda.
