O\u2018zbekiston bank tizimini isloh qilish strategiyasi tasdiqlandi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">O&#8217;zbekiston Respublikasida bank tizimini isloh qilishning asosiy yo&#8217;nalishlari quyidagilardan iborat:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">moliya bozorida teng raqobat sharoitlarini yaratish, kreditlashni faqat bozor shartlari asosida amalga oshirish, banklarning davlat resurslariga qaramligini pasaytirish, banklarda xizmat ko\u02bbrsatishni modernizatsiya qilish, samarali infratuzilma yaratish va banklar faoliyatini avtomatlashtirish, shuningdek, banklarning asosiy faoliyat turi bilan bog\u02bbliq bo\u02bblmagan funksiyalarini bosqichma-bosqich bekor qilish orqali bank tizimining samaradorligini oshirish;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">kredit portfeli va tavakkalchiliklarni boshqarish sifatini yaxshilash, kreditlash hajmlari o\u02bbsishining mo\u02bbtadil darajasiga amal qilish, muvozanatlashgan makroiqtisodiy siyosat yuritish, korporativ boshqaruvni takomillashtirish va xalqaro amaliy tajribaga ega bo\u02bblgan menejerlarni jalb qilish, moliyaviy tavakkalchiliklarni baholash uchun texnologik yechimlarni tatbiq etish orqali bank tizimining moliyaviy barqarorligini ta\u02bcminlash;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">davlat ulushi mavjud tijorat banklarini kompleks transformatsiya qilish, bank ishining zamonaviy standartlarini, axborot texnologiyalari va dasturiy mahsulotlarni joriy etish, banklardagi davlat aksiyalari paketini zarur tajriba va bilimga ega bo\u02bblgan investorlarga tanlov savdolari asosida sotish, shuningdek, davlat ulushi mavjud tijorat banklari va korxonalarni bir vaqtning o\u02bbzida isloh qilish orqali bank sektorida davlatning ulushini kamaytirish;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">yetarli darajada xizmat ko\u02bbrsatilmayotgan va zaif qatlamlarda davlat ishtirokini ko\u02bbpaytirish va manzilli chora-tadbirlarni amalga oshirish, aholi va kichik biznes uchun masofaviy xizmatlarni keng joriy qilish, kamxarj xizmat ko\u02bbrsatish nuqtalari tarmog\u02bbini rivojlantirish, shuningdek, respublikaning yagona moliya tizimidagi o\u02bbzaro to\u02bbldiruvchi qism sifatida nobank kredit tashkilotlarining shakllanishi va rivojlanishi uchun qulay shart-sharoitlar yaratish orqali moliyaviy xizmatlar ommabopligini va sifatini oshirish.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: \u00abAloqabank\u00bb, \u00abQishloq qurilish bank\u00bb va \u00abTuronbank\u00bbdagi davlat ulushlari bosqichma-bosqich xususiylashtiriladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Davlat aksiyalari paketi sotuvga chiqarilishidan oldin bu banklarda transformatsiya jarayoni o\u2018tkaziladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Qayd etish kerak, ushbu 6ta bank sirasidagi \u00abO\u2018zsanoatqurilishbank\u00bb va \u00abAsaka\u00bb banklari \u2013 kapitali va aktivlari miqdori, kredit va depozit portfellari hajmi bo\u2018yicha O\u2018zbekistondagi ikkinchi va uchinchi raqamli banklar sanaladi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Mamlakatdagi eng yirik bank \u2013 \u00abTashqi iqtisodiy faoliyati Milliy banki\u00bb, shuningdek, \u00abAgrobank\u00bb va \u00abMikrokreditbank\u00bb ustav kapitallarida davlat ulushi saqlab qolinadi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Bundan maqsad \u2013 bank tizimini isloh qilish davrida aholining moliyaviy xizmatlarga bo\u2018lgan talabini style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Shuningdek, ayrim banklar faoliyatini diagnostika qilish va moliyaviy ahvolini baholash asosida, me&#8217;yoriy talablaridan hamda qayta tashkil etishning iqtisodiy jihatdan maqsadga muvofiqligidan kelib chiqqan holda qonun hujjatlariga muvofiq konsolidatsiya
