﻿{"id":6888,"date":"2021-06-12T23:55:45","date_gmt":"2021-06-12T18:55:45","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/?p=6888"},"modified":"2021-06-12T23:55:45","modified_gmt":"2021-06-12T18:55:45","slug":"zemelnye-uchastki-budut-peredavatsya-v-sobstvennost","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/invest-in-uzbekistan.org\/uz\/novosti-uzbekistana\/zemelnye-uchastki-budut-peredavatsya-v-sobstvennost\/","title":{"rendered":"Hokimliklarning yerni to\u2018g\u2018ridan-to\u2018g\u2018ri ajratish vakolati bekor qilindi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cEr munosabatlarida tenglik va shaffoflikni ta&#8217;minlash, yerga bo\u2018lgan huquqlarni ishonchli himoya qilish va ularni bozor aktiviga aylantirish chora-tadbirlari to\u2018g\u2018risida\u201dgi Prezident farmoni qabul qilindi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Farmonga ko\u2018ra, 2021 yil 1 avgustdan:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">yer uchastkalari xususiy sektorga \u2013 mulk va ijara huquqi asosida, davlat organlari, muassasalari, korxonalari, fuqarolarning o\u2018zini o\u2018zi boshqarish organlariga \u2013 doimiy foydalanish huquqi asosida ajratiladi;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">meros qilib qoldiriladigan umrbod egalik, doimiy egalik, vaqtincha foydalanish huquqi bilan yer ajratish tartibi bekor qilinadi, bunda ilgari ajratilgan yer uchastkalariga bo\u2018lgan bunday huquqlar ularning egalarida amaldagi tartibda saqlanib qoladi;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">ijaraga olingan yer uchastkasida qurilgan ko\u2018chmas mulk ob&#8217;ektiga mulk huquqi boshqa shaxsga o\u2018tgan taqdirda, yer uchastkasiga bo\u2018lgan ijara huquqi ham yangi mulkdorga o\u2018tadi;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">qishloq xo\u2018jaligiga mo\u2018ljallangan yerlar ochiq elektron tanlov yakunlariga ko\u2018ra, faqat ijara huquqi asosida ajratiladi;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">qishloq xo\u2018jaligiga mo\u2018ljallanmagan yerlar mulk huquqi va ijara huquqi asosida elektron onlayn-auksion orqali realizasiya qilinadi;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">davlat tashkilotlariga yer uchastkalari davlat va jamoat ehtiyojlari uchun Qoraqalpog\u2018iston Respublikasi Vazirlar Kengashi, viloyatlar va Toshkent shahar hokimlarining qarori bilan doimiy foydalanish huquqi bilan ajratiladi;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">barcha hollarda yer uchastkalari faqat bo\u2018sh turgan va zaxiraga olingan yerlardan ajratiladi, ayni bir hujjat bilan yoki bir vaqtning o\u2018zida yer uchastkasini olib qo\u2018yish, zaxiraga olish, boshqa shaxsga ajratish yer berish tartibini buzish hisoblanadi va qonunga muvofiq javobgarlikka tortish uchun asos bo\u2018ladi;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">davlat-xususiy sheriklik loyihalari va ijtimoiy foydali maqsadlarga erishishga qaratilgan loyihalarni amalga oshirishda yer uchastkalari davlat tashkilotiga doimiy foydalanish huquqi bilan ajratiladi;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">ko\u2018p kvartirali uy joylashgan va unga tutash yer uchastkasi, agar ko\u2018p kvartirali uydagi joylarning mulkdorlariga boshqa huquq bilan tegishli bo\u2018lmasa, ularga umumiy foydalanish uchun Qoraqalpog\u2018iston Respublikasi Vazirlar Kengashi, viloyatlar va Toshkent shahar hokimlari tomonidan doimiy foydalanish huquqi asosida ajratiladi.<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cEr munosabatlarida tenglik va shaffoflikni ta&#8217;minlash, yerga bo\u2018lgan huquqlarni ishonchli himoya qilish va ularni bozor aktiviga aylantirish chora-tadbirlari to\u2018g\u2018risida\u201dgi Prezident farmoni qabul qilindi.
