South Korean startup hub D.Camp intends to open an office in Uzbekistan

The South Korean company D.Camp will participate in the development of the startup ecosystem of Uzbekistan, Spot reports, citing the press service of IT Park.

Deputy Director of the Technopark for Export Investments Jahongir Radjabov received the company’s delegation as part of the Offshore Outsourcing Tour. The parties discussed the prospects of working together to support startups in the two countries.

D.Camp’s investment in Uzbek startups was noted as one of the main areas for cooperation. The company expressed its intention to assist them in entering the Korean market.

The company’s specialists will establish an exchange of experience in the field of information technology. As the technopark expects, with their help, Uzbek citizens will gain access to advanced technologies, knowledge, solutions and will be able to increase their competitiveness.

The issue of organizing joint webinars dedicated to promoting Uzbek enterprises was also touched upon. In addition, D.Camp is interested in the role of media partner and co-organizer of IT Park events in South Korea.

In addition, D.Camp is considering the possibility of opening its office in Uzbekistan. The parties will sign a memorandum of cooperation at the Uzbekistan Outsourcing Conference in Seoul on May 25.
