The President of Uzbekistan received the Russian delegation

On February 11, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received a delegation led by Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation Maxim Oreshkin, the press service of the head of our state reports.

At the beginning of the meeting, Maxim Oreshkin conveyed sincere greetings and best wishes from the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to the head of our state.

The issues of practical implementation of the agreements reached during the state visit to Uzbekistan in May last year and other contacts at the highest level in accordance with the approved “road map” were discussed.

Particular attention was paid to the adoption of comprehensive measures to maintain the dynamics of development of trade and economic cooperation, support for industrial cooperation and e-commerce projects, expansion of practical cooperation in the field of water management, higher education and training of engineering personnel, artificial intelligence, cultural exchange and sports.
