A German delegation consisting of heads and representatives of member companies of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Dusseldorf of the Federal Territory of North Rhine-Westphalia visited Uzbekistan, the correspondent of ‘‘Dunyo’’ news agency reports.
This visit was organized by the Embassy of our country with the support of the Representative Office of the German Economy in Central Asia, the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Dusseldorf and Cottbus, as well as the company ‘‘Mingentec’’ with the aim of expanding trade and economic cooperation between the two countries.
It should be noted that the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia is one of the most developed industrial centers in Germany. This region is the economic leader of Germany. The regional domestic product of the federal state is more than 839.1 billion euros, which is the first indicator in the German economy and makes a great contribution to the economic growth of the country.
German businessmen held effective meetings with local companies in Tashkent in the format of a business forum and B2B. They also got acquainted with the ‘‘Tashkent Technopark’’ and industrial production.
In conclusion, the visit of German businessmen to our country is an important step for strengthening Uzbekistan’s international economic ties and expanding the potential of the “green” economy.
