Following the talks, the parties agreed to explore the establishment of sister-city relations between Plock and one of the cities in the Tashkent region – Almalyk, Chirchik, or Angren. An agreement was also reached to organize a business mission to Uzbekistan in 2026, led by the city’s mayor.

The parties intend to establish cooperation between the Mazovian Academy in Plock and educational institutions in Uzbekistan, as well as organize an exchange of experience between local government agencies.

Furthermore, they plan to develop collaboration in urban planning, infrastructure development, improving the quality of social services, and managing population growth. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of joint projects in culture, sports, and medicine.

The establishment of mutually beneficial cooperation between the Plock Industrial and Technological Park and the technology parks and free economic zones of Uzbekistan was also discussed.
