The Ambassador of Uzbekistan Karomiddin Gadoev met with the director of the Malaysian company ‘‘Nextgreen Global Berhad’’ Lim Thiam Huat, the correspondent of ‘‘Dunyo’’ news agency reports.
The company produces cellulose and paper, biofertilizers, animal feed, biodegradable food packaging and bioenergy from palm pulp and husk. A unique technology for 100% recycling of industrial waste and its conversion into a finished product has been introduced into its production. A great achievement of the company is the use of completely ‘‘green’’ energy in production.
During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on investing in the production of cellulose and roll paper using cotton stems, straw and wild reed in Uzbekistan with the involvement of the experience and modern technologies of the Malaysian company.
The Malaysian side expressed its readiness to send representatives of the company to Uzbekistan to study the existing raw material base and analyze the possibilities of producing pulp and paper products from it.
