ON APPROVAL OF AN INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENT

In accordance with Article 22 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On International Treaties of the Republic of Uzbekistan”:

1. To approve the Agreement on the development of cooperation in the field of tourism between the governments of the member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, signed on September 16, 2022 in the city of Samarkand.

2. To designate the Tourism Committee under the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change as the competent body responsible for the implementation of the specified international treaty.

3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall send the corresponding notification to the Secretariat of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization about the implementation by the Republic of Uzbekistan of the internal state procedures necessary for the entry into force of the specified international treaty, as well as the competent authority responsible for its implementation.

4. The Cabinet of Ministers and the heads of the relevant ministries and departments, after the entry into force of the specified international treaty, in the prescribed manner, ensure control over the implementation of its provisions.

5. Control over the implementation of this resolution shall be assigned to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A.N. Aripov and Secretary of the Security Council under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan V.V. Makhmudova.
