Residence permit in Uzbekistan

Foreign citizens have the right to obtain a Residence permit in the Republic of Uzbekistan in case of the purchase of Real Estate(*):

• in Tashkent region and Tashkent city in the amount of $ 400,000 or over;
• in Samarkand, Bukhara, Namangan, Andijan, Ferghana and Khorezm regions – in the amount of $200,000 or over;
• in The Republic of Karakalpakstan and other regions of the republic – in the amount of $100,000 or over.
