October 19-20, 2019 is the date of the first event of this scale ever for Andijan region: delegations from more than 20 countries, heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Uzbekistan, representatives of international financial institutions, local and foreign media are expected to take part there. In total, Andijan will receive more than 500 participants.
The most representative delegation is expected from India, led by the governor of Gujarat – Vijay Rupani. This clearly defines the intention of states to strengthen bilateral economic cooperation.
The following events are planned within the framework of the Forum:
bilateral meeting between the khokim of Andijan region Shukhrat Abdurakhmanov and Vijay Rupani;
official opening of an affiliated branch of Sharda University in Andijan;
visits by forum participants to the GM Uzbekistan manufactory, as well as other enterprises and companies operating in the territory of Andijan region.
The central event of the first day of the forum will be the plenary session and the work of the sections.
As a result of the work of the sections, the signing of specific agreements and contracts in the G2B and B2B format is provided.
On the second day of the Forum, participants will find out more about tourism potential of Andijan region.
