Italian Eurotecnica plans to launch a melamine production plant

Italian Eurotecnica Contractors and Engineers S.p.A. intends to launch a plant for the production of melamine in Uzbekistan, Spot reports, citing the company’s press service.

Eurotecnica has signed a memorandum of understanding with “Uzkimyosanoat”, China National Chemical Engineering and Construction Corporation Seven LTD (CC7) and Amanat Group.

According to the document, “Eurotecnica” will create a joint venture “Fargonamelamine JV LLC” to implement an investment project in the republic.

For the production of melamine in Uzbekistan, the new Euromel^® G5 technology from Eurotecnica will be used. The project contractor will be CC7, which will provide raw materials to Amanat.

Also, CC7 Europe CEO Filippo De Pace noted that this investment project will support the industry privatization program.
