The Ambassador of Uzbekistan met with the head of large Indian conglomerate in Mumbai

The Ambassador of Uzbekistan Sardor Rustambaev met with Kamal Nanavati, the President for Strategic Development of the Indian company ‘‘Reliance Industries Limited’’, the correspondent of ‘‘Dunyo’’ news agency reports.

The Ambassador spoke about the modernization process carried out in our country in recent years, the consistent development of the national economy, efforts to strengthen international cooperation in various fields, a favorable and attractive environment created for the successful activities of foreign investors and entrepreneurs.

‘‘Reliance Industries Limited’’ is one of the largest private companies in India, whose activities cover energy, petrochemicals, textile industry, telecommunications, retail and other sectors.

Therefore, detailed information about the great potential of our country in these areas and the wide opportunities for the implementation of mutually beneficial projects was met with great interest.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of establishing cooperation between Uzbekistan and ‘‘Reliance Industries Limited’’ in the petrochemical, textile industry, renewable energy and other relevant areas.
