On May 12 of this year, a meeting took place between Akram Aliyev, Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and a delegation led by Fuad Mosa, Deputy Minister of Energy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the press service of the MIIT reports.
The parties discussed avenues for cooperation in several key sectors, including affordable housing construction, drip irrigation utilizing polymer technologies, water resource management, distributed energy systems, energy infrastructure development, sustainable transportation, and financial and technical collaboration.
Both sides reaffirmed their mutual commitment to strengthening bilateral ties and agreed on a framework for collaboration to support the implementation of the proposed projects and initiatives.
