Laziz Kudratov discussed prospects for cooperation in strategic areas with the management of the Chinese ‘‘Henan Investment Group’’

Laziz Kudratov, the Minister of Investments, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, held a meeting with a delegation led by Zhu Hongbin, General Director of the Chinese company ‘‘Henan Investment Group’’, the press service of the Ministry reports.

Established in 1992, ‘‘Henan Investment Group’’ specializes in investments in financial services, as well as in key sectors of industry.

The parties discussed prospects for expanding cooperation in strategically important areas such as environmental protection, energy, transport, and logistics. Particular attention was given to the implementation of advanced technologies as part of the green transition, and to the development of joint industrial and infrastructure projects.

As a result of the meeting, the parties agreed to explore specific areas for launching new joint initiatives and expressed mutual interest in further strengthening their investment partnership.
