On November 5, 2025, the leadership of the Investment Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, held a meeting with a delegation of Polish pharmaceutical companies led by Krzysztof Kopeć, President of the Polish Union of Employers of the Pharmaceutical Industry, the press service of the MIIT reports.
The delegation included representatives of Poland’s leading pharmaceutical companies – ‘‘Polpharma’’, ‘‘Adamed Pharma’’, and ‘‘Biofarm’’.
The parties discussed prospects for implementing investment projects, expanding international cooperation, and exchanging experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
The Polish side highly appreciated Uzbekistan’s active adoption of international standards, including the World Listed Authority (WLA) system, which opens up new opportunities for domestic manufacturers to access global markets and strengthen their export potential.
The meeting was held in a constructive atmosphere. Following the discussions, both sides expressed mutual interest in strengthening cooperation and developing long-term partnerships between the pharmaceutical industries of the two countries.
