The Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Trade, together with the Andijan Regional Hokimiyat and the Chinese company “Hainan Xintanbo Investment,” signed an agreement on the joint implementation of investment projects

The Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, together with the Andijan Regional Hokimiyat and the Chinese company “Hainan Xintanbo Investment,” signed an agreement on the joint implementation of investment projects, the press service of the MIIT reports.

The agreement provides for the implementation of four major projects in the Andijan region, including the construction of a multifunctional residential complex in New Andijan (Babur), the creation of an international logistics center (“Dry Port”) in Khanabad, the development of the “Artificial Lake” tourist complex, and the construction of engineering, communication, and road infrastructure.

“Hainan Xintanbo Investment” is a Chinese investment company specializing in large-scale development and infrastructure projects.

The total investment exceeds $1.4 billion. The implementation of these projects will create more than 2,000 jobs, contributing to the comprehensive development of the Andijan region and the expansion of Uzbek-Chinese investment cooperation.
