A Presidential Resolution “On additional measures to implement the ‘Youth of New Uzbekistan – 2030’ Strategy for 2026–2027 and to ensure youth employment” (No. PP–148 dated April 20, 2026) has been adopted, the press service of the Minisrty of Justice reports.
According to the resolution, by 2030 the Youth Affairs Agency will launch the “New Generation Entrepreneurs” program aimed at training 20,000 young people in entrepreneurship. Within the program:
From August 1, 2026, newly established farms led by young people will receive free accounting and reporting services for 2 years from centers operating under district farmers’ councils, regardless of whether they grow cotton or grain, provided membership fees are paid.
From July 1, 2026, the state will compensate part of the costs of connecting youth-established businesses to engineering and utility networks (electricity, drinking water, and sewage) in an amount of up to 10 basic calculation units.
