On October 19, Laziz Kudratov, Minister of Investments, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan, held a meeting in Samarkand with Binod Chaudhary, Chairman of Chaudhary Group, an international conglomerate from Nepal, the press service of the MIIT reports.

The parties discussed prospects for implementing joint investment projects in the food industry, including the establishment of new production facilities and the development of distribution networks.

Particular attention was paid to the hotel business and real estate development, specifically the establishment of hotel complexes with the participation of local partners.

Opportunities for cooperation in energy, infrastructure construction, and healthcare were also considered.

Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to jointly develop priority projects and mechanisms for their implementation.
