Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade held a meeting with CEO of the Georgian company Blanco

On October 30, Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan Khurram Teshabayev held a meeting with Teimuraz Dalakishvili, CEO of the Georgian company Blanco, the press service of the Ministry reports.

Blanco is one of Georgia’s major manufacturers of paper hygiene products. Operating since 2007, the company produces more than 100 types of products, including toilet paper, paper towels, and napkins.

The parties discussed prospects for investment cooperation, particularly the establishment of cellulose-based paper hygiene products manufacturing in Uzbekistan.

Following the meeting, the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade and Blanco signed a Cooperation Agreement aimed at developing a long-term partnership, implementing joint investment initiatives, and expanding industrial cooperation.

The parties agreed on further steps to implement the agreements reached.
