The business delegation of the Chinese province of Guangdong got acquainted with promising investment projects in Karakalpakstan and held fruitful negotiations

The Consulate General of our country in Guangzhou, together with the Nukus District Khokimiyat, organized a visit to Karakalpakstan by a business delegation from the Chinese province of Guangdong, the correspondent of ‘‘Dunyo’’ news agency reports.

Earlier, in March 2025, during the visit of the delegation of the Nukus District Khokimiyat of Karakalpakstan to Guangdong Province, a number of agreements were reached on the organization of industrial production and the establishment of cooperation ties between business representatives.

Chinese entrepreneurs arrived in Nukus to discuss specific projects and get acquainted with the existing opportunities in the region.

The delegation included representatives of such Chinese companies as ‘‘Guangzhou Fangchuan Lubricants Technology’’, ‘‘Dongguan Yaosheng’’, ‘‘Guangdong Weilian Wire and Cable’’, ‘‘Zhujinag Cable’’, ‘‘Opit Intellegent Equipment’’, ‘‘Ouyate Electric Products’’, ‘‘Dongguan Electronic Technology’’, ‘‘Hengyu Wisdom Technology’’, and others. They met with representatives of regional administrations and business circles in Karakalpakstan. At the same time, they got acquainted with the existing raw material base and opportunities.

Following the negotiations, the parties reached preliminary agreements on the development and joint implementation of investment projects in the fields of electrical engineering, smart agriculture, textile industry, energy and other areas.
